I work with organisations where delivery has become complex, priorities are unclear, and progress has slowed.

BACKGROUND​

Experience includes working on large-scale programmes, including the Scottish Government Social Security programme. Supporting coordination across 500+ people and 50–60 teams.​​

WHAT I'VE SEEN

This provided direct insight into how delivery is impacted as complexity increases where capability gaps, evolving ways of working, and coordination challenges naturally emerge and, if not addressed, begin to slow progress.
