WHO I WORK WITH

I work with scaling organisations where delivery has become complex, priorities are unclear, and progress has slowed.

 

Typically PE and VC backed companies, government bodies, and large programmes where the gap between what leadership expects and what teams can actually deliver is quietly costing growth.

 

BACKGROUND​

I am a SAFe SPC 6.0 practitioner with over 22 enablements, one of the most comprehensively validated SAFe practitioners in the UK, with hands on experience leading delivery clarity across some of the UK’s most complex programmes.

The common thread is always the same, delivery stalls not because people aren’t working hard, but because clarity breaks down as complexity increases. HOW I WORK

My approach is focused, practical, and grounded in real delivery environments. I do not introduce frameworks for the sake of it. I diagnose what is actually happening, clarify what needs to change, and support teams to move forward in a way that fits their context. Every engagement starts with understanding your reality, not imposing a template onto it.
